This works on any residential and community lot, but in the public spaces there is no death, I think, in the vanilla game; I haven't attempted to alter this limitation and have no plans to pursue it either.If the handbuzzer is used in these public spaces, the target sim will receive the normal handbuzzer shock but will not show any reaction afterwards; the vanilla-game reaction is removed in this mod so as not to interfere with the electrocution sequence, which is the intended 'reaction' in this mod. Children also will not show the reaction if they are zapped by another child.
